Refunds in rest store possible within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The basis for the return is to inform the Store of the desire to make a refund, preferably on the form of withdrawal from the sales contract, containing the date of conclusion of the contract, the consumer's name, the address of the consumer, the bank account number to which the refunded amount must be sent and the consumer's signature together with the date.
The refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the customer in the withdrawal form within 7 days from the date of receipt by the Store of the returned goods.
They are not subject to returns or replacements of fabric cut or imported to the customer's individual order and projects carried out on individual customer's request.
Clothing and footwear should be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with internal and external tags, without repairs, in factory packaging and with a receipt).
The Store reserves the right to refuse refunds after the agreed date if the goods are not in the same condition as they were delivered and/or our return conditions have not been met.
If you would like to exchange the goods for a different size, please contact the Store to determine the possibility of replacement and its course.
